6. Customize Buy Online Button Labels

Configure the Call-to-Action you want displayed in the redirect button for In Stock and Out of Stock products when consumers are viewing an online retailer.

7. Customize Settings

Configure the various Settings that determine what will display within your Product Locator.

General

Show Results on Load: Default users to the results screen first upon load. Users can then filter results by navigating to the product selection screen. Note, this option is not applicable if the Product Modal template was configured. Additionally, if the configured products exceeds 175 UPCs, this functionality will not be available.

Disable Location Detection: Disable the Product Locator from detecting the user’s location based on their IP address. If configured, all consumers will need to manually input their location before they can conduct a search for Online and/or B&M results.

Product Selection

Show Category Filters: In the product selection view, enable consumers to filter products by Category and/or Sub-Category.

Show Product Groups: In the product selection view, display your pre-configured product groups or sub-categories as single selectable products. When a user selects one of those products, then all UPCs associated with that product group would be returned in the results.

Number of Products per Page: In the product selection view, choose how many products you want displayed on a given page. Note, these numbers are optimized for various configurations and screen sizes.

Online Results

Show Online Retailer Price: In the Online Retailer view, display the product price when available for each product.

Show Online Stock Status: In the Online Retailer view, display the product stock status when available for each product.

Filter Online Stock Statuses: In the Online Retailer view, filter what products will display depending on the online retailer's stock status.

Enable Add to Cart: Allow users to build a bundle of products within your WTB and be redirected to the given retailer's cart with those items in a single 'Checkout' click. Note, this is only supported for a sub-set of Online retailers. Any non-supported retailer will display standard 'Buy Now' buttons that redirect users to the given PDPs.

B&M Results

Display Map on Mobile: Configure the locator to display a map within the B&M results for users on mobile devices.

Availability Message: Display the following disclaimer within the B&M retailer cards, "*All products are subject to availability."

B&M Store Radius: Configure the maximum radius for B&M results within your WTB given the user’s location.

B&M Store Limit: Configure the maximum number of B&M stores to display within your WTB given the user’s location.

B&M Name/Address Casing: Configure how you want the B&M store names and addresses to render within the store details, given that different data feeds may have inconsistencies.

No Results

Show Redirect URL: Optional configuration that allows you embed a custom redirect URL when consumers get a 'No Results' message for either Online or In Store search. The redirect link would most commonly send consumers to your consumer affairs team or support page on your site.

8. Publish the Product Locator

Once tested, and confirmed that the Product Locator is functioning as expected, select the 'SAVE AND PUBLISH' button at the bottom right.
