If your locator does not load on your website, please check the following:
- Please clear your browser cache.
- There are no CSS rules controlling the size or visibility of iframes on your site.
- The locator iframe has id="destini" in the iframe HTML.
- The locator iframe src attribute starts with "//" not "http//" or "https//". If you switched your website from http to https, this is especially important.
- If you are using our embed script, please make sure the script is not in a container that is set to "display: none" on page load.
