Product Image Does Not Update

If a new product image has been uploaded, but the product image does not change on the locator, please see the below possible reasons:

  1. Clear your browser cache. Destini caches locators for speed, clearing the cache ensures you see the most recent version.
  2. Check that the product image in fact uploaded, and you hit save.
  3. Your locator may use sub-category or category images instead. See if there is a sub-category or category with the image you want to change, or a has a name similar to the product you want to update. Click on that sub-category or category to change its image.
