If a new product image has been uploaded, but the product image does not change on the locator, please see the below possible reasons:
- Clear your browser cache. Destini caches locators for speed, clearing the cache ensures you see the most recent version.
- Check that the product image in fact uploaded, and you hit save.
- Your locator may use sub-category or category images instead. See if there is a sub-category or category with the image you want to change, or a has a name similar to the product you want to update. Click on that sub-category or category to change its image.
