A Product Does Not Appear in the Locator

If a product does not appear in the locator, please check the following:

  1. Has the product been added to the locator? If not, please add the product. Please clear your browser cache after adding any new products to confirm the addition on your website.
  2. Make sure the product status is set to "active".
  3. If your locator uses Tags, make sure the product has at least one tag.
  4. Your locator may display products grouped into sub-categories. If so, the sub-category name and sub-category image will be displayed on the locator, not the product name and image.

If you have checked the above, and the product is still not appearing, please contact support.
