Also known as Product Request Forms
Consumer requests are created when users fill out a form on the Consumer Request page of your locator. The Consumer Request page appears when users do not find stores near them carrying your products. When they fill out the form indicating which products they are interested in, and submit it, their request goes into the consumer requests list in the Destini CMS Inbox.
Individual consumer requests can be viewed, and the entire list of requests can be exported. The list can be exported by user, meaning 1 row of info per user who filled out the form, or by product, meaning 1 row per product requested. The latter export is for calculating your most-requested products.
You can be notified every time a consumer request is created by adding a notification email to the Account Settings page.
