This event is supported on all of our templates.
Triggered after the LOCATOR_PAGE_LOAD event when there was some issue with attempting to geolocate the user. See the LOCATOR_USER_LOCATION_SUCCESS event for a detailed explanation of our geolocation process.
If the locator has the enableLocationDetection value set to false then our geolocation process is not ran and this event will not be triggered.
