The Destini Locators IRI Data Feed works a little differently from our other data feeds. To have an IRI data feed in your locator also requires having a Product Locator Feed account with IRI itself. For each product added to Destini, the same product must also be added to your IRI account. When a search is conducted, Destini matches the UPC of the product in Destini with the IRI UPC to get results.
If you are not seeing the correct distribution for a product in Destini, it may not have been added to your IRI account. Please contact your IRI representative for help, or if you do not know who your IRI representative is, please reach out to ProductLocatorSupport@iriworldwide.com. Feel free to reach out to our support team if you do not get a response from IRI.
